How we get your personal information and why we collect it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the following reasons:
- For the purposes of launching a claim for Mesothelioma or other related conditions.
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- Medical facilities that you have attended for treatment related to your condition
- Other organisations that might assist in providing information related to your claim.
